All
food served here is Vegan and we use as much local and organic produce
as possible. We're lucky that we are in an area with many organic
farms and farmers markets. There's even a veganic farm within 15
minutes of us!
We also have a large vegetable garden and once we start harvesting,
we'll use our own veggies and fruits for breakfast and the weekend
brunch.
When the wild raspberries are in season, we encourage you to go
out and pick them as they grow everywhere on the property.
There
will be a snack waiting for you upon your arrival and you can always
make yourself a cup of tea as we have an instant hot water faucet
at your disposal. You also will have use of a microwave, small fridge
and toaster available at all times.

We are happy to accomodate gluten-free diets.
Typical Weekday Breakfast served M-F from 8:00-9:00 (we will do
our best to accommodate early departures)

Note: all of the baked items have been taste-tested
and rated by the shelter staff at Farm
Sanctuary and were given the okay by Cinnamon, a very fine turkey with a refined sense of taste.

Roasted Seasonal Veggies in a Ginger-Maple Dressing
Fresh locally grown salad greens and home-made dressing
The bounty of the season will definitely influence what we serve, but we promise that it
will be very very tasty.
