PoliciesReservations/DepositsWe require a personal check or PayPal Payment equal to 1 night's stay (including all taxes). Rates are based on double occupancy. $30/night for a third person/child. The balance can be paid via personal check, traveler's check or cash. We cannot accept credit cards at this time. Cancellations/RefundsBecause we are a small, home-based business, refunds will be made only if we are notified 14 days prior to your arrival date and we will deduct a $30 service charge. A change of your date is considered a cancellation. Room Rates - double occupancy$85.00/night Sunday - Thursday ($95.20 including taxes) $100/night Friday and Saturday, as they include the weekend brunch ($112.00 including taxes) Total rate includes 8% State tax and 4% Room tax. Welcome to New York! We're open:May 1 - October 31 2 night weekend stay is preferred Check in: 3-6 p.m. (or by other arrangement) The main door is locked at 10 p.m. but we can make arrangements if you know you'll be out later than that. Companion AnimalsAs much as we'd love to have you bring your dog(s) Wally, for whom the B&B is named, especially loves company and will play fetch until he completely tires himself or you out. We do keep the cats out of the guest quarters to reduce the risk of allergic reactions or them getting outdoors accidentally. SmokingFor the comfort and health of all, NO SMOKING is allowed in the house or on the immediate grounds. FoodWe are a vegan household and ask that you do not bring in any food that contains animal products (meat, fish, eggs or dairy). |
