Gita, For us "The Ginger Cat B&B" has not been one "Bed and Breakfast", it has been one F & F (Family and Family!) We can only say a big "THANK YOU!" for all that you do for us, since the beginning until the last minute. Happiness is one short and intense moment which appears sometimes in our lifes. That's one of those. We will never forget it. A very big hug, P.S.: Next time our english will be better! 8/8/08
Many thanks for a great stay at your place. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the vegan baked goods. Your place is so convenient to Watkins Glen and yet situated in such a peaceful setting. Meeting the cats was a real treat.

I love the water. It is like a hot spring in Japan! I enjoyed and am sure to come here again. Akira & Sonami Note: Our well water has a high sulphur content and that's what Akira and Sonami are referring to. I don't have a hot springs!

Neither my wife nor I have ever stayed in a B&B before. After our experience at the Ginger Cat, we know we'll be back. Gita was there just enough to have us feel served and welcomed while not disturbing our privacy. RR
We came in fear of tofu and left with recipes and ideas for delicious vegan dishes! Gita is a gracious and comfortable innkeeper who joined our family at all the appropriate times, even sharing her guitar. The Ginger Cat B&B is the perfect counterpoint to the raucous Wine Fest we came for. We would certainly return to this haven if we come back to the Ginger Lakes. Norman & Suzanne M, Philadelphia, PA
Dear Gita, MaryJane, Ammie, Keri and I want to thank you so much for making our visit to Watkins Glen and the Ginger Cat so delightful. Your B&B is so cozy and welcoming. The place is immaculate and beautifully decorated, reflecting your warmth and compassionate personality. The amazing breakfasts were beyond delicious....we are still talking about the scones! How wonderful to have such a bountiful feast....and all vegan! Especially helpful was your knowledge of the area's restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, and most importantly, Farm Sanctuary. No one should come to the Watkins Glen area with-out having one of the most heartwarming experiences out there: meeting the brave survivors at the farm... As you know, MaryJane and I are hoping to bring our non-vegan husbands up to visit in the early spring. We can't think of a better way to begin their education, than meeting you and having your scones! All the best,
Dear Gita, Thank you for a wonderful time at The Ginger Cat! The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was filled with snacks and conveniences at our disposal. I loved the garden, raspberry picking, and the delicious vegan food, especially the baked goodies... Thanks for all the extras you did for us, printing directions, being available by phone, and directions to local activities like blueberry picking and vegan soft-serve :) Hi to the kitties, Alexis
Hi Gita, Thank you for making our vacation special. The accommodations at the Ginger Cat were wonderful! The bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep immediately and woke up totally refreshed. The room was also very beautiful and the views and gardens were amazing! I really enjoyed waking up to the birds singing. We would also like to thank you for all the wonderful food! We especially enjoyed the vegan french toast. As vegans we greatly appreciate the availability of a vegan bed and breakfast. The food was so delicious that it will be enjoyed by non-vegans as well. Hi Gita, We had a great time in Watkins Glen & the accommodations at the Ginger cat were wonderful. The food was amazing & abundant. Your house was immaculately clean & so charming. Our room was spacious, cozy,so inviting & the bed was so comfortable....we slept so soundly. This was our first stay at a B&B & you made our entire weekend perfect. We felt so at home in your house & it was like we have known you for years. Thank you so much for helping to make our time in Watkins Glen so special. Let Wally know, we will definitely be back. Hi Gita, Some of the pictures we took of Wally and the crew came out great - they are such wonderful cats! The room was comfortable, and we slept great. The Ginger Cat Bed & Breakfast 
It was our absolute pleasure to be your inaugural guests! We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the accommodations at The Ginger Cat! The food was excellent, and we are still trying to find a place in New Jersey that sells TofuKan - there are, however, two containers of Silk blueberry yogurt in my fridge! 
It was also nice that you were so conveniently located! We would definitely recommend your B&B to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay and some friendly conversation - as well as some cuddly cats. :)
