2010 = Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had a great visit and I can see how the Ginger Cat B&B won its awards! Your food was a delicious treat. And the Ariel Room was cozy and comfortable. We hope to be back soon to visit you and the Animal Sanctuary. Thank you again for having this great vegan B&B! - Dana and Drew We had such a wonderful stay here at the Ginger Cat! Despite our late arrival on Friday you had the most delicious chocolate cake ready for us. Meeting all of the cats was a true pleasure and your love and care of them is admirable. We loved how you take care of all of the animal neighbors and were inspired by your dedication to Farm Sanctuary. It's possible to bike there, but if you do it on single-speed bkies, you might have to walk a hill or two. One of our guests took our chocolate cake and turned it into a spectacular, 2 layer birthday cake, frosted in chocolate, topped with raspberries and with raspberry jam between the layers.

5/31/2009 I really like this place a lot. I like the food you make. I like your garden. I like all your cats. I like my room. I had a great time. - Anoushka (age 6) Dear Gita Auntie, I know I am only 11 but I think I speak for everyone when I say this was one of the best B&B stays in my life. The breakfast was amazing, along with the chocolate cake. You have the coolest cats I have ever seen. Yet another wonderful stay. Thank you very much for the cooking lesson. I think everyone I know will be eating that quiche and vegetable pancakes. For us "The Ginger Cat B&B" has not been one "Bed and Breakfast", it has been one F & F (Family and Family!) We can only say a big "THANK YOU!" for all that you do for us, since the beginning until the last minute. Happiness is one short and intense moment which appears sometimes in our lifes. That's one of those. We will never forget it. A very big hug, P.S.: Next time our english will be better!
Many thanks for a great stay at your place. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the vegan baked goods. Your place is so convenient to Watkins Glen and yet situated in such a peaceful setting. Meeting the cats was a real treat. Your absolute care & attention to your guests made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The room, vegan toiletries + DELICIOUS FOOD made for a delightful weekend. The Ginger Cat B&B is the perfect counterpoint to the raucous Wine Fest we came for. We would certainly return to this haven if we come back to the Finger Lakes. The amazing breakfasts were beyond delicious....we are still talking about the scones! How wonderful to have such a bountiful feast....and all vegan! Especially helpful was your knowledge of the area's restaurants, wineries, hiking trails, and most importantly, Farm Sanctuary. No one should come to the Watkins Glen area with-out having one of the most heartwarming experiences out there: meeting the brave survivors at the farm... As you know, MaryJane and I are hoping to bring our non-vegan husbands up to visit in the early spring. I loved the garden, raspberry picking, and the delicious vegan food, especially the baked goodies... The accommodations at the Ginger Cat were wonderful! The bed was so comfortable that we fell asleep immediately and woke up totally refreshed. The room was also very beautiful and the views and gardens were amazing! I really enjoyed waking up to the birds singing. We would also like to thank you for all the wonderful food! We especially enjoyed the vegan french toast. As vegans we greatly appreciate the availability of a vegan bed and breakfast. The food was so delicious that it will be enjoyed by non-vegans as well. The Ginger Cat Bed & Breakfast

It was our absolute pleasure to be your inaugural guests! We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the accommodations at The Ginger Cat! The food was excellent, and we are still trying to find a place in New Jersey that sells TofuKan - there are, however, two containers of Silk blueberry yogurt in my fridge! 
It was also nice that you were so conveniently located! We would definitely recommend your B&B to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay and some friendly conversation - as well as some cuddly cats. :)
